INSIGHTS Supportive Housing Program
This program is for homeless young adults who require medium-term rapid rehousing and an intensive range of supportive services aimed at preparing them for self-sufficiency and housing permanency.
Our goal is to help prepare young adults for the responsibilities of independent living, helping them to make a successful transition to a healthy and positive adult lifestyle.
Entry Information
We can only accept referrals from Impact Coordinated Entry, this requires the young adult to be added to the Youth Housing Priority List.
In order to be added to the Youth Housing Priority List there are three in-person locations:

Pathfinders Drop-In Center: 4200 N. Holton St #400 on Wednesdays from 2 pm - 5 pm

Repairers of the Breach: 1335 W Vliet St. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00am-11:00am

St. Ben's: 930 W State St. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1:00pm-3:30pm

If you are in need of immediate shelter, please call 2-1-1 for shelter. Please note that housing placements are not immediate.

Program Description
For homeless single or parenting young adults ages 18-24 years old. This program offers longer-term housing (for up to 24 months) and supportive services to prepare them for self-sufficiency and independence. Offered services include:
