INSIGHTS Supportive Housing Program

This program is for homeless young adults who require medium-term rapid rehousing and an intensive range of supportive services aimed at preparing them for self-sufficiency and housing permanency.

Our goal is to help prepare young adults for the responsibilities of independent living, helping them to make a successful transition to a healthy and positive adult lifestyle.

Entry Information

We can only accept referrals from Impact Coordinated Entry, this requires the young adult to be added to the Youth Housing Priority List.

In order to be added to the Youth Housing Priority List there are two in-person locations:

  • Pathfinders Drop-In Center: 4200 N. Holton St #400 on Wednesdays from 2 pm - 5 pm

  • Impact Navigation Center (1918 N. 6th Street) Mondays 2pm-6pm or Tuesday - Friday 12:00pm - 5 pm
